How to renew registrations manually and by export/import

There are 2 ways to renew registrations in PRO.

Manual selection

Select or deselect renewals directly from the Eligible Renewals table in Step 1. This is the best option if you have few renewals to process.

Clicking Select all only selects one page. You'll need to click Select all on each page of your renewals if you want to renew all your eligible products.

Export/Import

If you have many eligible renewals, you can export and import a list. This exported list contains all the necessary information about your renewals, and can be shared with a larger group. It's also useful for reconciling calculated fees. You can then import the list of all renewals you'd like to select or deselect.

1. Click Export All Renewals to download an Excel file that lists all eligible renewals.
2. Select the products you want to renew by writing Yes in the first column for each row. If you omit any eligible renewals from the imported list, they will be deselected.
3. Click Import to continue.
   1. Only one file upload is supported at a time. If you need to import multiple files, you can complete the renewal workflow with the same license number multiple times.

Editing renewal data is not supported with the import feature. Editing data other than column A (Renew Y/N) may prevent renewals from being matched against the file, and will result in the item being deselected.
